6 Nations 2017 – Can England Defend Their Title?

 

It’s set to be an exciting tournament this year. England will be defending their title, but Ireland will certainly be a team to watch too.

Are you ready for the action to start on February 4th? It’s going to be a great weekend for rugby fans. On Saturday 4th you can watch the very first match Scotland vs Ireland. That starts at 2.45pm, then at 4.50pm there is England vs France. France are also big contenders so that should be a thrilling match. Then on Sunday at 2.00pm you can enjoy Italy vs Wales.

The following weekend is no less exciting with Italy vs Ireland and Wales vs England on Saturday 11th February followed by France vs Scotland the next day.

You can watch all the games on terrestrial TV. BBC One and ITV are sharing the coverage this year. Wales, Scotland and France home matches will be broadcast on the BBC while England, Ireland and Italy home matches will be shown on ITV. So make sure you’re tuned in to the right channel!

If you can’t get in front on the television, you can also follow the games on BBC Radio 5 and 5 live sports extra.
