HomeMotoring UKDVLA Personalised Registrations Jayne Henry June 10, 2014 Motoring UK, Personalised Number Plates The DVLA have confirmed that from 21st July the operational management of existing NI personalised registrations sales scheme conducted by DVA will transfer to DVLA. As a result of the merger of the sales schemes there will be a change to the registration number assignment rules. From 21st July NI and GB customers will be able to directly assign any format of registration number directly onto their vehicles from a V750 Certificate of Entitlement. The facility to retain a registration number on a certificate will also become available for the first time for NI Customers.
