On Tuesday, a number plate was auctioned off that was expected to sell for £100,000. What could possibly fetch this amount? “D1ANA”.
Whether it did or not is not known yet, but the chances are pretty high that it did, and those organising the auction would certainly be surprised if it went for less.
The theme of this auction was ‘True Greats’, and the license plate relates to Princess Diana. Other items auctioned off included guitars of famous musicians and cars of famous drivers.
