We\u2019d like to take this opportunity to inform all our staff, clients and customers that we are doing all we can to minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection here at Speedy Registrations Ltd<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly we\u2019d like to state that there should be no\ndisruption to our service, we\u2019ll keep on supplying private registration plates\nin our usual speedy fashion, and all correspondence can be conducted via email\nor over the phone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The steps we have taken include, but are not limited to\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reducing face-to-face meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All meetings will be assessed, and substituted for\nteleconferences whenever possible. When a vital meeting has to take place, the\nnumber of attendees will be kept to a minimum and will be held in a spacious,\nwell ventilated room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An extra level of cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning of the premises has been increased, with high\ncontact areas such as door handles now being sanitised several times a day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increasing staff awareness <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All our staff have been fully instructed on the best ways to\nprotect themselves and others and access to good anti-bacterial hand washing\nfacilities will be constantly available. Information regarding the best hand\nwashing techniques etc. have been shared with all our staff and remain readily\navailable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prompt sick leave <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any staff showing any cold, flu or fever like symptoms will\nbe asked to go home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limiting visitors to the premises <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be keeping external visitors to a minimum and ask\nanyone who has recently visited a country on the governments high risk list to\ncontact us via phone rather than visiting the premises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following government guidelines <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This fast changing situation may alter on a daily basis, so\nwe\u2019ll be keeping a close eye on the government guidelines and quickly\nimplementing any measures they suggest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
