It\u2019s International Women\u2019s Day and the theme this year is\n#EachforEqual. It\u2019s all about gender equality in every aspect of life. In\nbusiness, in sports, in the media and in government. Equality in healthcare and\nequality in pay. Regardless of gender, we all have a role to play in society\nand with a mindset of equality, more women will push forward into the roles\nthey want, rather than those \u2018female\u2019 roles that in the past have been\ndesignated to them. This year it\u2019s all about bringing into focus all issues of\nequality, and highlighting the successes of women in areas such as IT and\ntechnology, which for many years were male dominated workplaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
