As you may have noticed, we love to grasp any opportunity to eat and drink here in the Speedy Reg<\/a> offices. National Beer Day is always fun, and Pizza Day is definitely one of my personal favourites. While some of these national days may be a little obscure, we feel it\u2019s our duty to help spread the word. I mean, the world is obviously going to be a better place when more people get together to eat pizza right? Of course, everyone knows about Shrove Tuesday or pancake day, and everyone has their favourite topping. What\u2019s yours? Just some syrup; or lemon juice and sugar or something more exotic? Perhaps you love a savoury pancake with spinach and goats cheese, or fill yours with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Pancakes are so versatile, you can have a three course pancake dinner! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s funny how all these special food eating days all seem to be rather on the unhealthy side. We may have to invent National SpeedyReg<\/a> Veg Day soon if our waistlines keep expanding! But we don\u2019t need to think about that right now as it\u2019s Pancake Day and there\u2019s surely some sort of law that says we actually have to eat pancakes today whether we like it or not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So get your frying pan out and get flipping! Pancakes are so\nquick and easy to make, not to mention loads of fun. It\u2019s a great way to get\nkids in the kitchen and learning to cook. Teach your children some cooking\nskills when they\u2019re young and it\u2019s an ability they can use all their life.\nYou\u2019ll be glad you did when they go off to university and you don\u2019t have to\nworry that they\u2019re living on Pot Noodles! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
