Military Vehicles Day at Brooklands Museum is an amazing day\nout for all the family with so much going on. The historic site is the perfect\nsetting for more than 100 vehicles representing several decades of military\nhistory. Stroll around the Paddock and the Motoring Village to see a Centurion\nMK12 Tank, Scammell heavy loaders, armoured personnel carriers, jeeps,\nmotorbikes and more. The spirit of wartime feels so real in this magical\nsetting, helped along by the many war-time re-enactment groups that attend the\nday. It will bring history to life and give your kids a real insight into the\npast that\u2019s as fun as it is educational. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll be able to see several of the vehicles in action,\nbeing pushed to their limits on the Mercedes-Benz World 4×4 course and the Test\nHill climb at the Museum site. There\u2019s even the opportunity to have a go\nyourself if you\u2019re feeling brave enough. Driving military vehicles certainly\nisn\u2019t for the faint hearted! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event takes place on November 17th<\/sup> from\n10:00am until 4:00pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add\nto this the historic bikes, the F1 simulator and the 4D theatre and it\u2019s easy\nto see how you can spend the entire day enthralled in all that Brooklands\nMuseum has to offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
