Held within seven halls at the\nBirmingham NEC, this is a car show that the weather can\u2019t spoil. It\u2019s a huge\nevent, in fact it\u2019s the biggest gathering of car and motorcycle clubs in the\nentire world. You\u2019ll get to see more than 3000 classic and vintage vehicles in\ntotal and the show aims to ensure that every single vehicle is unique. From\ntraditional vintage cars to American muscle cars and retro hot hatches, you\u2019ll\nfind it all here. It\u2019s a virtual tour through history with steam powered\nvehicles started with a crank handle, through to classics of the 20s and 30s\nsuch as the iconic Rolls-Royce then onwards to the 70s with the Capri and then\nto the future with some modern day classics and icons of the motorsports world.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People flock to the show from all over the world. Last year\nmore than 71,000 people visited the show and this year is likely to be even\nmore popular. If you\u2019re looking for a rare part, or want to find a specialist\nservice dealer, then you must check out the UK\u2019s biggest indoor Autojumble with\nmore than 650 trade stands. You might even be able to pick up some truly unique\nChristmas presents while you\u2019re there! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are plenty of events going on over the weekend too.\nThe Practical Challenge sees an amazing restoration transformation performed in\njust three days. The Discovery Live Stage sees celebrities and motoring experts\ntaking to the stage, with a packed timetable running for the entire duration of\nthe show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The show runs from Friday 8<sup>th<\/sup> to Sunday 10<sup>th<\/sup>\nNovember. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The show opening times are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friday 8 November: 10.00am \u2013 6.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday 9 November: 9.00am \u2013 6.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunday 10 November: 9.00am \u2013 5.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets can be bought in advance but you can also pay on the\ndoor. Advanced tickets do work out cheaper though. Parking is \u00a312 per car and\nthere is a shuttle bus to take you straight from the car parks to the show\nhalls. Parking for motorbikes is free of charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this being the 35<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the show,\na Special Edition Top Trumps set has been launched to celebrate, featuring 30\nclassic cars, many of which you can actually see for real at the show.
