Is there anything more fun than watching truck racing? We\ndidn\u2019t think so until we discovered British Truck Racing AND fireworks at\nBrands Hatch! This is two amazing spectacles in one, with over 100 trucks\nracing around the iconic Brands Hatch circuit, followed by one of the best,\nmost impressive fireworks shows in the whole of the south east. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two thrilling days of racing <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The action takes place over two days, Saturday 2nd<\/sup>\nand Sunday 3rd<\/sup> of November. The headline races form part of the MV\nCommercial British Truck Racing Association Championship, and there are plenty\nof support races too. There\u2019s the Junior Saloon Car Championship, The Pickup\nTruck Racing Championship, the Legends Car Championship and the BARC Super\nSilhouette Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So much more going on <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Off track there\u2019s lots to see and do, it\u2019s a real party\natmosphere. The fireworks take place on the Sunday after sunset, around 5:15pm and\nthat\u2019s an extravaganza you really shouldn\u2019t miss but there\u2019s plenty more\nbesides to keep you entertained between the races on the circuit. There\u2019ll be\nover a hundred big shiny trucks for you to check out and on the Sunday there\u2019s\na truck parade that precedes the fireworks display. With all their lights\nablaze, it\u2019s a fitting precursor to the fireworks! When the fireworks finish,\ndon\u2019t be in a rush to leave as you can stay and listen to Kieran, the number 1\nEd Sheeran soundalike! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New for 2019 is an ice rink. If you fancy skating then book\nearly as places for this are limited. Or you can head to the big top for a\ncircus show, magician show and the chance for the kids to learn some circus\nskills such as plate spinning, diablo and juggling. There\u2019s also face painting,\na climbing wall, a giant slide and a full fairground. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Try a new experience <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the adults and older children, you\u2019ll find lots of\nopportunities to try something new. You can take a ride in a drifting Caterham,\ndrive a real American truck or even have a ride in a Monster Truck that seats\n10 passengers at once. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make a weekend of it <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With on-site camping available and plenty of hotels close to\nthe circuit, it\u2019s easy to spend the weekend enjoying all that the British Truck\nRacing & Fireworks Show has to offer.
