For many of us, the Monaco Grand Prix really is the\nhighlight of the F1 calendar. There\u2019s just something extra special about it.\nPerhaps it\u2019s the excitement of the street racing, or the glamour of the celebs\nwatching from their private yachts. It\u2019s certainly a challenging circuit,\nthrough narrow streets, making it almost impossible to overtake without the\ndrivers putting themselves at risk of a collision. Nelson Piquet once described\nit as being like riding a bike around your living room. It\u2019s a tense race and\nit\u2019s all edge of your seat action. Many drivers dream of winning this\nprestigious race almost as much as they dream of winning the championship. It\u2019s\na true test of skill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The circuit is 3.337 km long, with a total race distance of\n260.286 km over 78 action packed laps. The lap record is 1:14.260, held by Max\nVerstappen and attained in 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The driver with the most wins at Monaco was Ayrton Senna who\nwon at this circuit six times. McLaren is the constructor with the most wins\nwith 15 to date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The race weekend timetable:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first practice rounds are held on Thursday 23rd<\/sup>\nMay with Round One from 10:00 until 11:30 and Round Two from 14:00 until 15:30.\nPractice Round Three will be held on Saturday 25th<\/sup> May between 11:00\nand 12:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifying begins at 14:00 on Saturday May 25th<\/sup>,\nthrough to 15:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main race will start at 14:10 on Sunday 26th<\/sup>\nMay and should run until 16:10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
