Brexit, are you sick of that word now? Whether you voted\nleave or remain, we can pretty much all agree on one thing, we\u2019re getting fed\nup of it! The topic has dominated the news for what seems like  forever, and it appears nothing is really\ngetting sorted one way or another. The implications of whatever changes, when\nsomething actually does happen, could be huge. It\u2019s as worrying as it is\nannoying at the moment. So we suggest you forget Brexit for a while, let the\npoliticians argue it out while you take a break and get away from the infernal\ntopic! But how do you do that? It\u2019s everywhere isn\u2019t it? Now with the deadline\nupon us, it\u2019s only going to get worse. But don\u2019t worry, here are our ideas for\nescaping and taking a Brexit break\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a walk in the countryside <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pick a spot out in the countryside, somewhere really remote\nand beautiful. Take a stroll in the woods, or along the coast. Breathe in the\nfresh air and soak up those views. Let all the Brexit stress ease away from\nyour mind. You may want to stop for lunch. You\u2019d better not risk a country pub,\nthey may have the news on the television, pack a picnic instead and enjoy your\nsandwiches in the peace and calm of the countryside, the sheep and cows won\u2019t\nwant to share their political opinions with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate the Internet with care <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t click on the news headlines this morning, and don\u2019t\ncheck Facebook. All your friends and family will be airing their opinions, and\nyou\u2019re bound to disagree with at least some of them. It\u2019s time to venture to\nthe happy side of the Internet. Check out some calming videos of kittens on\nYouTube. Play a casual game for an hour or two. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watch a film<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live TV is going to be full of news and politics today. If\nyou want to avoid it, then your best option is to watch a film. Pick something\nlight hearted and relaxing. A comedy, or a nice Disney film perhaps? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gather together with like minded people <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Know anyone else who\u2019s sick of Brexit and wants to avoid it\ntoo? You could throw a party or hold a gathering. With a rule that no one\nchecks their phones for the latest news and definitely no talk of politics.\nEat, drink and be merry, what will be will be, you can\u2019t change it today, but\nyou can have a break from it! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
