For anyone hoping to see British men\u2019s number one Kyle\nEdmund make his way to the top of the Australian Open, sadly it\u2019s not going to\nhappen this time. It\u2019s only the first day of the tournament but he\u2019s now out of\nthe game after losing to Tomas Berdych in the first round 6-3, 6-0, 7-5. From\nwatching the match it seemed as if the Australian heat was getting to him,\nwhereas Berdych appears to be on top form so it looks like his 2018 injury is\nnow well behind him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But there is still two weeks to go with the men\u2019s singles\nfinal on 27th<\/sup> January, so we\u2019ll have to get over our disappointment\nfor Kyle Edmund and enjoy the rest of the tournament! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
