Luke Rockhold was all set to go up against reigning middleweight champion Robert Whittaker but Whittaker has had to withdraw from the fight due to an injury. Rockhold is now set to fight Yoel Romero and he\u2019s not too happy about the change. Rockhold really had his heart set on fighting Whittaker and taking the title from him. He\u2019d been looking forward to fighting Whittaker for a long time, seeing it as a good challenge for him. He now feels he\u2019s going across the world to fight a guy he could fight down the street.<\/p>\n

But, he also acknowledges that no one beats Yoel, unless you\u2019re a champion. Rockhold believes he\u2019s the champion to do that. But will he? It\u2019s going to be an interesting one to watch.<\/p>\n
