The Masters is THE event on the golfing calendar and 2017 is set to be a thrilling tournament. Thousands of people are set to attend this year’s event in Augusta. If you can’t make it over to the US though, you can still watch on Sky Sports Xtra. Last year’s winner Danny Willett will be competing again, but it could be anyone’s game. Winning twice in a row is a notoriously tough job. Only three players have ever achieved this. Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Nick Faldo. Jordon Spieth is the current favourite to win this year, however, you should also keep an eye on Dustin Johnson as he’s won it three times before and perhaps he’ll make this year the fourth. With a top prize set at $1.8 million it’s certainly a prize worth winning!<\/p>\n

If you’re a golf fan then you need to tune into Sky Sports Xtra where there is full coverage of the tournament. You can also watch via the iPad app so you needn’t miss anything when you’re on the move.<\/p>\n

Tee times and pairings have yet to be announced, however you haven’t got long to wait. If you’re reading this on after April 4th<\/sup> then they will have been announced for the first two rounds. The tournament itself starts on April 6th<\/sup> and will continue through to April 9th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
